Reviews and Ratings
The park has stunning scenery, especially in April, and it's well-kept. I enjoyed camping next to the beautiful Gunbower Creek, which added so much to the experience. There are plenty of activities for kids, although the toilets and showers could use better upkeep. The bird life is vibrant, which can be lovely but also wakes you up early if you enjoy sleeping in.
My stay at the park was a mixed bag. While the cabin itself was well laid out and had beautiful views of the river, I found the overall environment to be less appealing, especially the powered sites which felt cramped and lacked charm. However, it was dog-friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, making it a decent choice for a quiet getaway.
We had an amazing time at this caravan park! The location right by the water was stunning, making our mornings feel spectacular. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the amenities kept the kids entertained for hours. The only downside was some traffic noise at night. Overall, it's a great place for families looking to relax and have fun, though the cabins were a bit snug.
We enjoyed our stay in a one-bedroom cabin that was quite basic but had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The peaceful surroundings by the water were a highlight, with lush grass and large shady trees creating a serene atmosphere. While the staff was nice, we did find the pool amenities underutilized. Overall, it was a good value for a quiet getaway, although there were a few issues with certain restrictions that made our visit less enjoyable.
